Product Description
Silicone liquid rubber is called Tin cure silicone rubber which is
also called condensation-cure silicone mold rubber, these are
high-tear silicone mold rubbers that are known as the “work horse”
of the industry because of their performance and economy. Tin cured
silicone molds are used for casting wax, cement, gypsum, polymer
modified gypsum, resins, etc.
Application
MC Silicone RTV2 series are suited for reproduction of resin,
plaster molding, figures, art objects, decoration molding, GRC
products, gypsum products, resin products, PU molds, etc.

Instruction:
Architectural Moulding RTV-2 silicone rubber are generally named as
two-part room temperature cure silicone rubber, which features an
exceptional fluidity and good operability. When mixed with 2%
curing agent, they can still be operated within 30 minutes, but
will be formed after 2-4 hours. With resistance to deformation,
high temperature, acid and alkali, and expansion. silicon flexible
molds are used for mold duplication and delicate mold making for
poli crafts, resin crafts lighting and candle crafts.

Storage and Precautions of silicone liquid rubber:
RTV-2 silicone rubber for making art crafts, which is an
environmentally-friendly liquid silicone product, is not easy to
burn and can be stored and transported as non-hazardous goods. The
shelf life of the product is about one year from the date of
production. Inspection is required when exceeding the time limited.
It can continue to be used in case of neither thickening nor
deterioration.
Why does the silicone rubber mold have few molding times?
The silicone rubber mold has few molding times is due to follwoing
reasons: adding too much silicone oil which will destroy the
molecular of silicone rubber; making the mold for small and fine
detailed products with higher hardness silicone rubber which is
easy to break; making the mold for large products with soft
silicone rubber which will reduce the tensile and tear strength of
the mold, and the mold will have deformation. Thus, we should take
the proper silicone rubber to make the mold for suitable products.
